Michelle Obama was the keynote speaker for the Learning 2017 Conference in Orlando, Florida.
The theme of the event was story-telling and she had a lot of heart-warming stories to share about the story-tellers in her life.
I took a few notes; however, what really resonated with me is that she focuses on the positive energy around her, rather than the negative energy.
She also said that it is important that women schedule their lives, first. And that we should stop pushing ourselves down on the priority list over our spouses and children.
